The Buffalo Scholarship Foundation annual golf tournament has been rescheduled for Saturday, December 14, 2024. All aspects of the event will remain as planned. Contact the Central Office (352-259-2350) with any questions.

VCS Earns School of Excellence Designation!

The Villages Charter School has again earned a School of Excellence designation for the 2023-2024 school year based upon academic data from the past three school years. The Florida State Board of Education announced the list of schools at their most recent Florida Board of Education meeting. See the announcement below.

The Florida Department of Education has released the 2023-2024 school grades for all schools and The Villages Charter School has again earned an A rating!

Congrats to all students, teachers, administrators, staff, & parents for this achievement.

For the past 18 years, VCS has received a “K-12 grade” (all “A’s”)—also,

The Villages High School has now earned 18 straight A’s (2006 – 2024*)

The Villages Charter Middle School has now earned 21 straight A’s (2003 - 2024*)

The Villages Charter Elementary School has now earned 21 straight A’s (2003 - 2024*)

* The Florida Department of Education did not issue grades for the 2020 school year due to COVID-19.

VHS Moves Graduation Date

The Villages High School has moved the graduation date for the Class of 2025 from the traditional Saturday morning outside to Friday, May 23rd @ 7:00 pm inside the Buffalo Sports Complex. See the updated 24-25 VCS Calendar below. Additional details to follow in the upcoming months.
