Course Description for Honors Biology and Biology:

Biology is devoted to the study of living things and their processes.  This course provides an opportunity for studnets to develop scientific process skills, laboratory techniques and an understanding of the fundamental principles of all living organisms.  Students will explore science as a process, ecology, cell strving orgaucture and function, genetic and hereditary, evolutionand classsification, diversity of livingC organisms, and an introduction to animals structure and function.

Course Description fo Environmental Science:

Environmental Science is the study of patterns and processes in the natural world and their modificaton by human activity.  This course will survey come of the many enviromenental science topics at an introductoily level, ultimately considering the sustainiability of human activities on the planet.  It will cover Environmental Systems, Agriculture, Forestry, Water Quality and Atmosphere.  I will also address renewable and nonrenewable energy resouces.
