Picture Day Information

It is VERY important to have each student’s picture taken. The picture is used for updating their ID badge, Skyward and the yearbook. 

PLEASE mark your calendars. 

 Issues? Contact Leonards via email or call 800-215-4852. Include your phone # and school name.

Retake Picture Day #2 (All students who were absent on 8/30 and students wanting retakes) 

  1. Tuesday, October 5th
  2. Cameras will be set up on the stage in the gym. 
  3. Students will come during one of the following classes: PE, dance, Mr. Abelson, intensive reading or intensive math.
  4. Retakes: new ID badges will handed out to the students a week after picture day, not the day of. 
  5. Yearbook photos WILL be updated with the best picture. 
  6. Wear your collared uniform shirt. No jackets or team jerseys will be allowed in the picture. 

If you cannot make the retake picture day, email as soon as possible.

Walsworth is the company we use. The high and elementary schools use different companies.

Due date to purchase a yearbook: May 1st

Price: Aug - Dec $40, Jan - May $45

Parents and students- We WANT you to upload school event pictures on or the Yearbook Snap app. Help us to have the best pictures for our yearbook. 

Using Community Upload at

  1. Go to Search for your school on the home page and click Shop the Store.
  2. On the next page, click the Community Upload link at the top of the page.
  3. Type in your school’s access code and click Enter.
  4. Click the Upload Photo button and select the photo you want to upload.
  5. Check the “This photo is a portrait” box. Once you do, you are required to enter the student first name, last name and grade.
  6. Repeat for as many images as you have to upload.
  7. Enter your first name, last name and email address.
  8. Check the Terms of Use box, then click Submit Photos. Your images are uploaded to your school.

Using Yearbook Snap:

  1. Download the Yearbook Snap app from the App Store or Google Play and open it.
  2. Enter your school name and select it in the list.
  3. Type in your school’s access code and tap Enter.
  4. Tap Submit Photos.
  5. Select Portraits as the category.
  6. Select your photo(s) for upload, and tap the Upload button.
  7. Select the photo and enter student full name and grade in the Add a Note field.
  8. Tap Done.
  9. Tap Save, then Continue.
  10. Fill in your first name, last name and email address, then tap Submit Photos. Your images are uploaded to your school.

 Yearbook Class

Purpose: The staff will produce a yearbook for the students, the school, and the community that is a historical, reference book as well as a nostalgic memory book of people, student life, special events and current events.
