Science Fair 2017-2018 -
All students in honor classes are required to complete an independent investigation first semester. Students may choose or be placed on a path - GREEN or GOLD. Both paths complete the whole process, however, the end products are different. GREEN path will complete their investigation with a slide show and present to Mrs. Whittle. GOLD path will complete their investigation with a professional project board and present to community judges at our local school fair in November. GOLD path does require more time and effort. Projects must be at the 8th grade level or above. GOLD path can have many extra rewards like extra credit, money, and opportunities to move on to the next level to compete. The hardest part of the investigation is finding a question. Below are links to help you with this journey.

Quizlet Homework/Review review for vocabulary grades - students will have access from their google classroom account for our class. Students must complete flashcards and test (until 100%) for vocabulary points or they may do it the "old school " way - write all terms & definitions. Bonus points for completion of additional activities. Most chapters students will take a vocabulary quiz on the due date of the vocabulary assignment unless it's a short chapter it will be incorporated into the chapter test.
