WELCOME BACK STUDENTS!!

IT'S GOING TO BE AN AWESOME YEAR!

My name is Dr. Dawson and I am excited to be working as a specialized teacher with our 7th gade students this year along with Ms. Allison. I moved this year to the Villages from sunny South Florida (West Palm Beach) where I taught ESOL English and Reading at Palm Beach Central High School. I am looking forward to getting to know each of you this year.

I believe that if you work hard, you can accomplish great things. That will be our goal this year, to work hard and accomplish great things together. So get ready it's going to be a great year.

Just a little about me: I have been married to my lovely wife for 30 years, I have two step-children and four grandchildren. When I am not fishing or playing video games with the grandkids, I enjoy playing golf and pickleball, watching baseball, and reading (mostly history books and biographies). As a matter-of-fact, I believe reading opens up many doors to many different things that will take you many different places without even leaving your house. It's that important!!
