VCS Earns 21st A Rating in a Row!

The Florida Department of Education has released the 2023-2024 school grades for all schools and The Villages Charter School has again earned an A rating!

Congrats to all students, teachers, administrators, staff, & parents for this achievement.

For the past 18 years, VCS has received a “K-12 grade” (all “A’s”)—also,

The Villages High School has now earned 18 straight A’s (2006 – 2024*)

The Villages Charter Middle School has now earned 21 straight A’s (2003 - 2024*)

The Villages Charter Elementary School has now earned 20 straight A’s (2003 - 2024*)

* The Florida Department of Education did not issue grades for the 2020 school year due to COVID-19.

Buffalo Adventures Registration Coming Soon

Buffalo Adventures Session I Activities are available to view online for both Buffalo Ridge and Middleton campuses. Registration will open at 9:00 AM on July 29th through our activity app.  Jumbula  and close August 16th at 6:00 PM. Please visit our website or contact Buffalo Adventures at 352-259-6818 for additional information.

VCS 24-25 Enrollment Available 

Current VCS Families Re-Enrollment & Campus Selection 
We are moving full speed with planning for the new 24/25 school year and would like to know if your family will be returning next year and what your campus preference is. We have a simple process families will need to complete.
 
How to Select Your Campus Preference
1. Log into your Parental Involvement (PI) Portal (please contact Central Office at 352-259-2350 if you are in need of your login information)
2. Select one of the following from the Campus Preference drop-down menu:
* Not Attending
* Buffalo Ridge
* Middleton
3. Select the Acknowledgement box after you have reviewed the Enrollment and PI Obligation disclosure.
4. Select the Save Campus Preference button.

VCS Earns School of Excellence Designation!

The Villages Charter School has again earned a School of Excellence designation for the 2022-2023 school year based upon academic data from the past three school years. The Florida State Board of Education announced the list of schools at their most recent Florida Board of Education meeting. See the announcement below.
