We strive to provide a welcoming and safe learning environment for all The Villages High School (TVHS) students. Our student services staff assists with Testing, Attendance, Student Activities, On the Job Training and more.
There are several different assessments administered to students at TVHS. You can visit the websites below for detailed testing information. Our staff also serves as a resource, please contact Jennifer Blake with testing questions.
Students are expected to come to class on time every day and be prepared to participate actively in an environment where everyone’s work and efforts are respected, supported, and encouraged. Students should review the Attendance, Tardies, and Check-Outs policies in the Student Handbook below. Please contact Brittaney Diaz with attendance questions.
Student life at TVHS reflects our community of students and the diversity of their interests and passions. Through engaging activities, events and clubs, students are provided opportunities to explore their interests, hone their talents, and connect with one another. Students can explore work-based learning opportunities when approved employment is secured prior to the first day of school. As part of participation, students submit weekly time sheets, employers complete regular performance evaluations, and On the Job Training (OJT) Teachers schedule site visits to review the student’s job performance. The teacher also observes site safety and adherence to Child Labor Laws. Please contact Debra Moyer with questions.
