The Buffalo Scholarship Foundation will host their annual golf tournament on Saturday, October 11, 2025 on four (4) local courses. Click here to register a team, become a sponsor or learn more. All proceeds benefit graduating VHS seniors with post-secondary academic scholarships.

The Florida Department of Education has released the 2024-2025 school grades for all schools and The Villages Charter School has again earned an A rating!
Congrats to all students, teachers, administrators, staff, & parents for this achievement.
For the past 19 years, TVCS has received a “K-12 grade” (all “A’s”)—also,
The Villages High School has now earned 19 straight A’s (2006 – 2025*)
The Villages Charter Middle School has now earned 22 straight A’s (2003 – 2025*)
The Villages Charter Elementary School has now earned 22 straight A’s (2003 – 2025*)
* The Florida Department of Education did not issue grades for the 2020 school year due to COVID-19.

The Villages Charter School has again earned a School of Excellence designation for the 2023-2024 school year based upon academic data from the past three school years. The Florida State Board of Education announced the list of schools at their most recent Florida Board of Education meeting. See the announcement below.
