The Villages Charter School, Inc. (VCS) and The Villages Charter School Autism Center, LLC (TVCS-AC), collectively referred to herein as “we” or “us” recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and respecting privacy.

Personal Information may also include information related to your family members, and children enrolled or seeking enrollment with us, including, first and last name, date of birth, grade and campus. When you provide us with Personal Information, you are authorizing us to use that information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice.

Website guests do not have to provide Personal Information to visit our Website, download materials available through our Website or use certain services available through our Website.
