Welcome to Cross Country! We are excited to announce that for the first time Middle School has its own Cross Country team. We competed against other area schools and athletes ran a 3k in their competitions in 4 races throughout the fall.
Each student-athlete must complete three NFHS courses, if they have not done so already. Click on the link “NFHS Required Courses” below for instructions, then upload your certificates to your FHSAA Athletic profile or email your coach each certificate. Make sure your first and last name appear on your certificate. This must be completed by each athlete before the first practice.
Congratulations to the 2024 – 25 VCMS @ Buffalo Ridge Cross Country Team!
