Buffalo Adventures is an optional after school program providing a safe, supervised environment full of enriching and age-appropriate activities for The Villages Charter School (TVCS) students in grades K-8. Because the program is based on choices, children gain independence and have the freedom to learn more about what interests them. We feature opportunities for socialization, sports and physical activities, exploration in the arts, and time for homework. The Buffalo Adventures program offers after school childcare, extra-curricular activities, and holiday camps that are available during many of the breaks during school.

At 6:30pm every attempt will be made to reach you or an authorized person on the Emergency Contact Form you provided. However, if we have not been notified of your delay and are unable to make contact by 7:00pm, we will notify the proper authorities to assist in locating appropriate care for your child.

Buffalo Adventures Services are available on a prepay basis only. Payments can be made online through Smartcare.
Per school year. Required for each student grades K-8 attending aftercare.

$8 due the day of participation.
$40 due prior to staying.

The TVCS aftercare program is a pay-before-you-stay program. However, if you choose not to pay upfront for aftercare charges, there will be a weekly late fee of $5 assessed to all accounts, with a balance due on Wednesday.
Manage daily school dismissals clearly and seamlessly. This notification system increases the safety of student releases, gives teachers more time with students and helps everyone stay informed on all dismissal instructions.
